Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for everything done with your account. One person or business per account.
Wallet and payments
Purchases are paid from your wallet balance. Top-ups are credited once your payment is confirmed. Wallet balances are not cash and cannot be withdrawn except where the law requires it.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered on your order page. Verification numbers are valid for the time shown on screen; if no code arrives in that time the number is refunded to your wallet automatically.
Replacements and refunds
If a product does not work as described, report it from the order page with your order number within the replacement window shown on the product. Approved refunds are returned to your wallet.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow the rules of each platform and the law where you live. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or chargebacks.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
